sounds like you don't have a clue of what goes into developing software for other people to use and for them to download it, then try to install it on thousands of different computer hardware set ups & different version of Windows etc. I got an idea, how about reporting the bug and go on about your business. Don't bother to THANK them for all the time they do spend on developing the software and to GIVE IT AWAY. WOW, longwin, write one yourself and let people like yourself, cut down all your hard work, that should make YOU feel REAL GOOD, Right? Oh, wait, you don't know how, you can only gripe about what others are doing for free.
